Benefits of Membership
Society members receive both Journal of Herpetology and Herpetological Review as part of membership benefits. Members also receive pre-publication discounts on other Society publications, which are advertised in Herpetological Review. All SSAR members receive 10% off the purchase of SSAR books including back issues of journals as available.
All members of the Society are entitled to vote for Society officers by mail ballot. Ballots are mailed to overseas members with sufficient advance time to assure the opportunity to participate in selecting Society officers.
