M.S. graduate research assistantship to begin in Fall 2009 to conduct research in wildlife biology with a focus on southwestern herpetofauna while completing an M.S. degree in the Department of Applied Biological Sciences at Arizona State University Polytechnic.
Qualifications: B.S. in biology, ecology, wildlife, or related discipline; a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale; and a minimum GRE score of 1050. Candidates must be able to work alone under difficult field conditions. A driver’s license is required. Previous experience with herpetofauna in field or laboratory experiments is highly desirable.
Support: Tuition, health insurance, and monthly stipend for two years maximum.
